Insomnia.

I started taking sleeping pills.. AGAIN!

This is not supposed to be the case. Imma on leave and i should be sleeping well every night.

Soon.. yes very soon.. i might be admitted into the sleeping disorder unit at SGH. I should seek help from the professionals.
